If there is a quality problem or damage on the mirror when it arrives, we will pay the return shipping fee. If there is no quality problem or damage, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost.
If the mirror is damaged in transit, there is no need for you to pay the return shipping fee. We will send a replacement to you for free once we have received images of the damage via: email@example.com.

The goods should be returned via UPS or Fedex in the original condition and packaging. Please also use the outer box to ensure the mirror is adequately protected and packaged safely.

If you want to install 71*32 mirror on the wall ,we recommend two people for safe installation.The other size mirrors can be installed by a single person.
You’ll need a pencil ,tape measure, level, screwdriver, and drill to position and install the mirror.
We recommend using a little warm water on a soft,lint-free cloth.
The estimated ship date of a pre-order style can be found on the product page, cart, checkout page and order confirmation email. Once your item is ready to ship, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
