RETURNS & REFUNDS
Cases Of Receiving Wrong Item And /Or Damaged Item:
- The mirror belongs to fragile items, None can’t 100% guarantee it will not be damaged during the shipping transport. But we can guarantee 99.9% safe delivery. So if the mirror arrives damaged after delivery, please contact the customer service of our official website, and send pictures of the damaged mirror, the front and back views of the outer box and the shipping label information. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund for you as soon as possible after we confirm the pictures.
- If our products have any quality problems. We can pay the transportation costs for the return. (But you need to provide us with clear product pictures and packaging pictures. Once the packaging is damaged, we do not accept return applications.)
Note: The refund will be returned to the account which you used to pay for the order within 7 business days.
Cases Of Receiving Items That Does Not Meet Your Expectations:
If you receive an item that you purchased from us at the time, and the item is not defective or do not have any other quality issues, but you do not like it, please contact us (Email: Sales@neutypechic.com) within 3 days and send the item back to us in its original condition. In this case, the return cost will need to borne by you. After we receive your item, we will re-evaluate and will only arrange a refund for you (within 72 hours of receiving your returned item) if the item is able resell.

The warranty period of the item is half a year from the delivery date. In this period, any problem caused by our product itself, such as oxidation due to the environment you put the mirror,we will be responsible for this.
