If there is any quality problem or damage on mirror when arrive, we will pay the return shipping fee; But if there is no problem or damage, you need to pay the return shipping cost.

If the mirror is damaged in transit, there is no need for you to pay the return shipping fee. We promise we will send a new one to you for free, if you meet this issue. You only need to send us the pictures of broken mirrors via Sales@neutypechic.com.

If the mirror is damaged, you will get the full refund; But if there is no quality problem on the mirror, it is suggested to email us to issue refund process via Sales@neutypechic.com.

Recently we only support UPS and Fedex. Besides, the goods should be returned in their original condition and packaging when they were received. Please also use the outer box to ensure the mirror protected and packaged safely.
