Changes cannot be made to an order once it has been shipped.If you want to cancel or change information ,please contact support@neutypechic.com in 24 hours.

In stock items will ship within 48 hours. Shipping transit time is, on average, 2 to 3 business days depending on the size of your order and destination. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped for a more accurate estimate with respect to transit time.

Yes. Free shipping is applied on all orders.

Presently we only ship to mainland USA. Besides, we cannot ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Military APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.

We use UPS and FedEx - reputable express companies. If your address does not accept these two couriers, please note the name of the express company detailed in the order.

Return

If you want to return the items, please do not hesitate to contact us via support@neutypechic.com. Our customer service representatives will provide you with the nearset warehouse address within 24 hours. If there is a quality problem or damage on the mirror when it arrives, we will pay the return shipping fee. If there is no quality problem or damage, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost.

If the mirror is damaged in transit, there is no need for you to pay the return shipping fee. We will send a replacement to you for free once we have received images of the damage via: support@neutypechic.com.

If the mirror is damaged, we will process a full refund. If there is no quality issue, please email us via support@neutypechic.com.

The goods should be returned via UPS or Fedex in the original condition and packaging. Please also use the outer box to ensure the mirror is adequately protected and packaged safely.

We will refund you for the total purchase price of the item, as soon as we verify that the item has been returned. Once your refund has been processed, it can take between 3-10 business days for the amount to appear in your account. Yes. Generally you need to pay a deposit of 30%-50% in advance but it depends on the specifific quantity. Please contact us via neutypechic@gmail.com before placing an order.

Products

We currently not able to offer custome sizes or styles unless you’re working on a large-scale project.If that’s the case ,please connect with us by  e-mailing neutypechic@gmail.com.

If you want to install 71*32 mirror on the wall ,we recommend two people for safe installation.The other size mirrors can be installed by a single person.

You’ll need a pencil ,tape measure, level, screwdriver, and drill to position and install the mirror.

We recommend using a little warm water on a soft,lint-free cloth.

Pre-order

The estimated ship date of a pre-order style can be found on the product page, cart, checkout page and order confirmation email. Once your item is ready to ship, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

You can cancel your pre-order item before it ships out. Simply reach out to support@neutypechic.com and we’ll be happy to help. Please note that once your order goes through our fulfillment process and is ready to ship from the warehouse, we will not be able to make any changes.
