Normally, our system will notice you at 3 important steps by email.
* Neutypechic will send you an order confirmation email when you finish the payment;
* Neutypechic will send you a shipping confirmation when your order is shipped;
* Neutypechic will send you a refund notification email when your refund is issued;
Occasionally, you may not receive the notification email, because you may have registered with a different or wrong email addres, or the email might be in your spam folder. But please still don't worry if this happens, you can check your Spam/Promotions/Updates box and Junk Folders or log into your Neutypechic account and click "My Orders" button to see your payment status.
